Radio Idli is delighted once again to feature a talented upcoming artist – Anup Shenoy. Anup was refered to us by his cousin Chetan Hegde and we are very thankful to him for his kind support.

Here is an Introduction of Anup, in the Star’s own words:
“Hi this is Anup Shenoy H, from the great Heritage city of Mysore.
I am an Information Science Engineer from VVIET, Mysore. I was born in Bangalore,
stayed in mandya for a few years and then settled in Mysore for the past 11 years.
Megel aanu Sri. H Dilip Kumar Shenoy(Haleangadi, M’lore) ani amma Smt. Arathi D Shenoy
(Mulki/B’lore) both are into service.Am a simple fun lovin guy and love my Parents and friends a lot.
Since my childhood I was very much interested in Learning Music and performing at different places.
Have learnt swalpa karnatic classical from various gurus and currently pursuing Hindustani
classical vocal from Pandit Sri.J Niranjan, Dharwad. Recently I won “VOICE OF GSB,
Mysore” title, Conducted by GSB samaj, MYsore in July 08. Other favourite hobby of mine is
Cooking and can prepare a variety of dishes and keep experimenting in that :).
My hearty thanks to my Dear brother Chetan Hegde who’s always been a great support and
also introduced me to Mr Nagesh Pai and to this great Site Radio IDli.
